Vincent Lecomte - CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management
Vincent Lecomte is CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management. He was most recently Co-CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management and prior to that post he served as its Chief Operating Officer (COO).
He joined Paribas’ Securities Services business in France in 1992. In 2005, Lecomte became Deputy Head of the Personal Investors business line and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Cortal Consors, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas. He also spent three years in Germany as Head of the Securities Services business. He held several positions in the consulting field at the beginning of his career. Lecomte is a graduate of ESCP Europe.
Anne Pointet - Deputy CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management
Anne Pointet is Deputy CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management. She was most recently Head of the South-East Region for the French retail bank.
In 2012, she joined French Retail Banking as Director of a Business Centre in Marseille then as Director of the Group of the retail network and Private Banking Centre of Paris XVIth. She joined BNP Paribas in 2007 as Head of Middle East within International Retail Banking and then Head of the French Overseas network. She graduated in economics and political sciences and is a former student of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (2003). She began her career at the Ministry of Defense as Head of the public international law office and then at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry as financial Counselor for the Middle East. She is a French Foreign Trade Advisor and alumni of the young talent program of the Institute of International Finance.
Beat Bachmann - Chief Executive Officer for Wealth Management Switzerland & Emerging Markets
Beat Bachmann is Chief Executive Officer for Wealth Management Switzerland & Emerging Markets. As CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management Switzerland, Beat is a member of the BNP Paribas Wealth Management Executive Committee, the IM Executive Committee as well as the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas (Suisse) S.A. Beat is based in Zurich.
Beat Bachmann is a seasoned banker joining us from UBS, where over the past 16 years he has held several senior management leadership positions in Wealth Management, in both Switzerland and Germany. He was most recently Head of Global Financial Intermediaries at UBS. Beat has a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and an MBA from INSEAD.
LUCA BONANSEA - HEAD OF BNL-BNP PARIBAS PRIVATE BANKING & WEALTH MANAGEMENT IN ITALY
Luca Bonansea is Head of BNL – BNP Paribas Private Banking & Wealth Management Italy.
Luca is responsible for the Retail Banking Division of BNL, which he joined in 2008, after holding a variety of managerial roles in the retail and corporate banking sector, including the Northwest Territorial Director, head of the Retail and Private Network and finally Director in Commercial Banking at BNL BNP Paribas.
Luca Bonansea graduated in Political Sciences from the University of Turin and he also has a Master’s Degree in Executive Management from HEC Paris.
Marguerite Burghardt - Chief Conduct Officer for Wealth Management Global Asian & International Markets
In October 2018, Marguerite Burghardt became Chief Conduct Officer for Wealth Management International Markets. She is responsible for ensuring the necessary change management to achieve our conduct ambition and to establish the relevant conduct framework across our Wealth Management Global Asian & International Markets.
She is also a member of Global Asian and International Markets (GAIM) Executive Commitee.
Marguerite Burghardt began her career in 1993 at the Group in the Corporate and Investment Bank holding various positions in both corporate banking and global markets and in the functions. She was most recently the Head of the Group Trade Finance Competence Center and Conduct Ambassador for Transaction Banking. Marguerite graduated from ESCP Europe and holds a master degree in economy from Sciences Po in Paris.
Olivier Cazottes - Chief Financial Officer
Olivier Cazottes is Chief Financial Officer of BNP Paribas Wealth Management where he supervises the Finance and ALM Treasury activities. He is also a member of the BNP Paribas Wealth Management Executive Committee.
Olivier started his career at Société Générale. He joined BNP Paribas in 2004 in the Global Markets Equity Derivatives division in charge of derivatives structuring, first in Paris and then in London from 2006, mainly covering institutional clients and alternative investment funds. In 2012, he joined the Group's ALM Treasury in charge of the ALMT Capital Markets steering. He was appointed CFO of ALM Treasury in 2017 and then took an active role in the Group's financial management, particularly with regards to liquidity, capital and internal pricing management of the business lines. Olivier joined Wealth Management in 2022.
Olivier Cazottes is a graduate of both Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE.
CHRISTIAN GIBOT - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER FOR BNP PARIBAS WEALTH MANAGEMENT IN LUXEMBOURG & INTERNATIONAL MARKETS
Christian Gibot is Chief Executive Officer for Wealth Management International Markets and for Wealth Management Luxembourg. He is a member of the BNP Paribas Wealth Management Executive Committee as well as the BGL BNP Paribas Executive Committee. He will be responsible for all our International Market sites: Germany, Luxembourg, the Middle East, Monaco, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland. He is based in Luxembourg.
Christian was most recently CEO of Cardif Lux Vie in Luxembourg. He joined the BNP Paribas Group in 2015 as Head of Actuarial Savings and ALM for BNP Paribas Cardif. Christian has extensive financial experience in the areas of investment management and savings with a variety of international institutions. He has an MSc. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Ecole Polytechnique and an Executive MBA from Université Paris Dauphine.
Anne-Cécile Lugagne Delpon - Head of Investment Services
Anne-Cécile Lugagne Delpon is Head of Investment Services, which covers BNP Paribas Wealth Management’s products and services in all geographies and for all client segments. Anne-Cécile is a member of BNP Paribas Wealth Management’s Executive Committee. She was most recently Head of Marketing Communication & Sales Steering.
After graduating from HEC business school, Anne-Cécile began her career with a wide variety of consulting-related positions. She became a part of the BNP Paribas Group in 2000, joining its teams in Luxembourg on the Merger Project Management Team, soon moving to a market-focused role on Wealth Management’s Advisory Desk. From 2007 to 2011, she was the Deputy Head of China Wealth Management, based in Shanghai. Upon her return to Paris in 2012, she was Deputy Head of Products and Marketing Team of Wealth Management’s Banque Privée France until 2015, when she joined the Banque Privée France Executive Committee as Head of Digital and Offering Projects.
Claire Maldera - Head of Human Resources
Claire Maldera is Head of BNP Paribas Wealth Management Human Resources, also member of the executive committee. She entered the BNP Paribas Group in 1999 in Retail Banking in France (BDDF) and then moved to an HR career within the International Retail Network (IRB), Personal Finance and most-recently the Global Markets and Financial Institutions Coverage businesses.
A graduate of Oxford Brookes University and Kent University, also holding a corporate legal advisory degree, Claire started her career as a legal advisor.
Sébastien Mespoulet - Deputy Head of Products and Services - Global Asian and International Markets (GAIM)
Sébastien Mespoulet is Deputy Head of Products & Services in charge of Global Asian and International Markets (GAIM).
He supervises products & services including Advisory and Execution services, Discretionary Portfolio Management and Wealth Planning activities for this area.
He entered BNP Paribas in 1998 as Institutional Sales in Luxemburg. In 2001 he joined the newly created Structured Products Desk in Paris before taking up several senior positions of Head of Products & Services for Asia (2007), Switzerland (2010), International Markets (2014) and then GAIM (2018).
Sébastien Mespoulet is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques d’Aix-en-Provence (Economy and Finance) and holds a master degree in Finance.
Nicolas Otton - Head of BNP Paribas Private Banking France
Nicolas Otton is Head of BNP Paribas Private Banking France and a member of the BNP Paribas Wealth Management Global Executive Committee.
Previously, he was Head of the Greater Paris region of French Retail Banking and prior to that, Head of the Eastern region for French Retail Banking. He joined BNP Paribas in 1998 in the Northern region for French Retail Banking where he held various positions within the business-banking department before assuming management of a Business Centre in the Eastern region. He later became Group Director of the Paris Agencies on the left bank of Paris.
Nicolas Otton has a DESS finance degree from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II).
Pierre Ramadier - Global Head of Entrepreneurs & Families
Pierre Ramadier is Global Head of Entrepreneurs & Families and also a member of the Wealth Management Executive Committee. He was most recently Head of Bank of the West Wealth Management and a member of Bank of the West’s Executive Management Committee
Pierre began his career in 1986 in France with the Group. In 2000, he was responsible for establishing the first Private Banking Region within the Paris Retail Network. In 2003, Pierre was named Head of Champs-Elysées, one of the main Retail Branch Groups in Paris. Three years later, he became co-Head of BNL Private Banking in Italy, where he launched the new private banking business model and ensured its integration within the BNP Paribas business line.
In 2010, Pierre was appointed Head of the New Domestic Markets within BNP Paribas Wealth Management, during which time he launched and supervised Wealth Management activities in Morocco, Turkey, Poland, Ukraine, Egypt and Tunisia. Shortly after, he was named Head of the International Retail Markets, extending his responsibilities to USA and Germany, and developing wealth management through local Group Subsidiaries and Joint Ventures.
Arnaud Tellier – CEO OF GLOBAL ASIAN MARKET
Arnaud Tellier is CEO for APAC at BNP Paribas Wealth Management and a member of the Global Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Wealth Management.
Arnaud Tellier is responsible for defining and implementing the strategic objectives for the wealth management franchise in Asia Pacific.
Previously, Arnaud Tellier was Head of Investment Services APAC between 2015 and 2018 and Head of Wealth Management, Singapore and Southeast Asia subsequently.
Arnaud Tellier has a wide experience in Corporate and Investment Banking ranging from Capital markets, Corporate Finance and Country Management.
Jérôme Tournigand - Head of International Retail Markets for Wealth Management
In January 2016, Jérôme Tournigand became Head of International Retail Markets for the Wealth Management Division and a member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Wealth Management and International Retail Banking. He is responsible for the supervision and coordination of private banks on the branch networks in Turkey, Luxembourg, Germany, Morocco, Poland and the United States of America.
From 2005 to 2015, Jérôme Tournigand was posted in Luxembourg, first as a market manager for French clientele, then at BGL BNP Paribas as Private Banking Director for the Luxembourg branch network. In 1992, he joined BNP Group's branch network in Chalon-sur-Saône, France. After a position in the Inspection Générale audit department, he joined the French Private Banking function in 2001. Jérôme Tournigand is a graduate of INSEEC Business School in Paris.
Stéphane Vermeire - General Manager BNP Paribas Fortis Private Banking & Wealth Management Belgium
Stéphane Vermeire is Head of BNP Paribas Fortis Private Banking & Wealth Management in Belgium. Vermeire was previously Head of Public & Wholesale Banking International and a member of the management board of Dexia Credit Local in Paris.
In his past experiences, he oversaw the international expansion of Dexia Retail Banking. He also held various management positions within the retail and private banking sectors of the Dexia Group. Prior to joining Dexia, Vermeire worked as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company. Stéphane Vermeire holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Commercial Engineering from the Solvay Business School in Brussels, Belgium, as well as a Master’s Degree in Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago, USA.
Pierre Vincent - Chief Transformation Officer of BNP Paribas Wealth Management
Pierre Vincent is Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) of BNP Paribas Wealth Management. As CTO, Pierre is responsible for driving the transformation of our Processes, Operations and Information Technology. Pierre is a member of the BNP Paribas Wealth Management Executive Committee.
For the last six years, Pierre has been head of the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) in Lisbon platform covering the full range of operations at CIB (Global Markets, Global Banking and BP2S). He has driven Change Programs, deeply transforming IT & Operations at CIB, across multiple locations, in the Americas, Europe and in Asia. He began his career at BNP Paribas in 1993 as an IT project manager, then moved to Inspection Générale and subsequently held a variety of management positions at Global Markets IT and Operations. Pierre has a Master’s in Computer Science and Business Administration from Paris XI Orsay University.
